AS the nation prepares to decide whether they are Team Simon or Team Strictly, some of our favourite stars told us what they will be watching tonight.

CHANELLE HAYES: “Cheryl Cole is so amazing and Simon Cowell is so sexy I’ll be watching X Factor first, then watching Strictly straight afterwards on Sky+. It’s one of my all time fave shows and I’d love to go on one day!”

LUCY PINDER: “It’s a really tough choice as I love both shows. But I will be watching X Factor this weekend because I love the audition process and this is the last week to watch loonies who think they can sing have their dreams shattered! I will Sky+ Strictly. Can’t wait to see Alesha.”

NIKKI GRAHAME: “Strictly! I love the show and this year will be extra special as my friend Natalie Cassidy is going to be dancing.”
