KATIE Price has sensationally quit the I'm A Celebrity jungle.

Jordan, 31, claimed she'd had enough of being tortured by viewers on I'm A Celebrity and having to face gruelling Bushtucker Trials every day.

On Sunday night when she was voted to face her seventh trial in a row - being sent into a pit of snakes - she refused to do it.

The furious model then stormed to the bush telegraph and said she wanted out. 

The former glamour girl - who is rumoured to have bagged £350,000 for appearing - lasted just eight days on the show. 

Today she has been whisked off to the luxury five star Versace Hotel on Australia's Gold Coast and is so far refusing to speak to the press about why she really quit.

She will do a live chat tonight on I'm A Celebrity with hosts Ant and Dec to explain her walk out.

However fans are furious with Kate - who first appeared on the show back in 2004 where she fell for Peter Andre, 36. 

They think she plotted all along to only stay a week in the jungle, grab all the headlines and the limelight and then quit.      

Only last week when Strictly star Camilla Dallerup, 35, quit through ill health she said: "I feel sorry for the others in there.

"It's become the Katie Price Show."
